UK Delivery
Delivery cost £3.95. All orders are sent via Evri Next Day UK delivery. Orders placed by 12pm will be sent out the next day and normally take 2-3 working days to arrive.​ Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
Custom orders will naturally take longer as I make every custom order by hand from scratch, to discuss delivery time of a custom order or gift, please email me admin@venusmala.com.
International Delivery
Delivery cost £6.95 and is available to all EU countries and the United States of America. All orders are sent via Royal Mail. Orders placed by 12pm will be sent out the next day and normally take 7-10 working days to arrive.​ Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

We regret that we do not currently accept Worldwide orders but we're working hard to be able to ship to more international countries soon! Sign up to our mailing list and we'll keep you updated on our progress.

Returns & Refunds
We offer a full refund for undelivered or damaged items. Otherwise refunds are not available.
If your order is eligible for a refund, you need to contact me within 14 days of delivery. You must send an image and a description of the fault to admin@venusmala.com. We are happy to send a replacement item instead of a refund should the customer prefer this option. Request replace or refund. Refunds will be processed within 14 days from receipt of request.​

We reserve the right to refuse to process the return of any items which we do not deem to be faulty.
Custom orders & Jewellery Consultations
Choosing the right Mala or Gemstone for a loved on or yourself is a deeply personal journey. By understanding the different materials, bead counts, and the importance of setting intentions, you can select a Mala that enhances your spiritual practice and supports your individual needs.

Gift Card Service
I have created the Venus Yoga Mala Giftcard for those looking to allow their loved one the freedom to select their own gift. Recipients can choose to redeem their gift voucher against the transformational gift of yoga classes or choose to shop for a Mala, Bracelet or piece of Jewellery of their choice.
Giftcards can be brought from £18 up to £125 and can be used in part payment for items of higher value. You can personalise your gift with a message and all gift cards come in a beautifully wrapped gift box. Giftcards can be sent directly to your loved one or choose to deliver it to yourself to give to your loved one in person.
Complementary Gift Wrapping Service
We are delighted to offer a complimentary gift wrapping service for all jewellery orders. Jewellery is protected with tissue paper and/or wadding and then placed in a beautiful box and secured with ribbon.
